In this episode we interview Kerri Hamilton, PT, DPT, NCS is the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at Mather Hospital. Kerri has worked for Mather Hospital since 2009. She received a Bachelor's in Science with a minor in Gerontology from Utica College of Syracuse University, where she later also received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In 2017, Kerri furthered her education by becoming a Neurological Certified Specialist accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Shortly after, in 2019, Kerri opened an educational and consulting business to spread her knowledge of neurological rehabilitation. Hamilton Therapy and Healing has targeted the sub-acute rehabilitation setting and focused on the guiding of therapists in the care of patients with neurological diagnoses.
