
We don't know if a smile will prevent all the worlds issues... but it definitely will improve your mental mental being. In this episode Luke share's his 1%er, which is to aim to make someone else smile every day. Men's mental health and well-being doesn't need to be complicated, and this episode is a prime example of how we perhaps sometimes, overcomplicate things. This is the second time we've had 'smiling' on the show as someones 1%er, and that can't be a coincidence. It is a simple action that can result in so many positive outcomes.
