In celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride Month, we're happy to welcome Chloie Jonsson, CEO of The OUT Foundation to the podcast. The foundation started 10 years ago as a queer workout meet up that grew into hosting events. In this chat we hear all about the initiatives that bring their mission—fighting to remove barriers that the LGBTQ+ community faces in fitness, health, and wellness paces—to life. Chloie shares her personal story about fighting for representation and space to compete under the CrossFit banner as a trans woman, and shares great advice for gym owners looking to nurture inclusive spaces, and LGBTQ+ athletes looking to find their place.
