
When you get a break from working or studying, you expect to come out of it recharged because you can allow your brain and body to rest. Recently, this has not been the case for me, and I am assuming that this experience is shared among many people. When I would get a break, I felt worse than I did while I was studying all day and this confused me. I have now reached a perfect point of relaxation where I truly feel recharged and ready for whatever comes. Listen to this episode to limit the burnout that most humans seem to be facing right now.
