Short Cut: Something's brewing that will tune your taste buds to MAX! OJ from HPA talks about the new Lupomax Hops & the Beer Cartel Mixed 12 pack using them.
Hop Products Australia and Beer Cartel have teamed up again for another mixed 12 pack of amazing beers, made with some of the best breweries in the land!
This time, instead of featuring a single hop (Eclipse last time), they are showcasing a new hop technology, LUPOMAX. LUPOMAX pellets come in a whole heap of different varieties (click below for more details) and the brewers have had a blast designing beers to showcase the individual hops characteristics that have been turned up to THE MAX with the LUPOMAX process.
I made my way to Hops HQ to catch up with OJ in the boardroom.
