I have been debating doing a solo episode sometime now, but my worry was always it sounding narcissistic, a bit of a wanker to be honest but in saying that some people join this community at other different stages and may not know who I am or where I started this podcast so I thought now is a good time to give an honest insight into my life so you know who you are listening to. 

With that said I couldn't think of anything worse just talking aimlessly into a mic, so I thought why not Dan Campion have, the person who makes this all possible for me, my mentor, my now good friend and owner of the podcast studio Prymal Productions and the Prymal Podcast interview me!
