Heart failure is a diagnosis that means your heart is not functioning as it should, or there’s a problem with its structure. It can progress over time – your heart growing weaker and weaker, year after year. Host Caroline Lavallée introduces us to two experts, Dr. Stephanie Poon and Dr. Jacqueline Joza, who dive deeper into the topic of heart failure, discussing common signs and symptoms, treatments and prevention.
