Molly is a fat positive, Health At Every Size aligned, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and an Internal Family Systems informed approach to healing negative core beliefs and restoring trust in yourself.
