
In this episode, I discuss a common question I get asked by clients and my audience: " How long will it take to x?" I am talking about reverse blood sugar issues, healing bloat, losing weight, etc.
Although I do give some guidance around what I have seen to be common, I always caveat that the body is unique even though we understand what should be happening. Personal evidence and your progress timeline won't always match up to what is expected or typical and I am here to say that it's OK and it doesn't mean you are doing healing wrong.
