Paul Helms is right up there amongst the top 3D shooters in the IBO and TAS in the USA. Paul rose quickly up the ranks after ditching his Compound and going with a single string bow. Initially starting out in the Longbow class he switched to Barebow and made good progress until a routine medical check up stopped him in his tracks. Paul regularly shoots with high level competitors and hunters including Dewaynne Martin,Fawn Gerrard, Dwight Dorsey and Ken Reinas.
