
What is the meaning of feeling gratitude and why is it important to be thankful for everything we have. On today's podcast, I'll talk about a small shift that I did in my gratitude practice, that made a huge difference to how I feel and even how I manifest my goals.
The secret, in my opinion, revolves around "honing" in on the feeling of gratitude and not only thinking about it but truly feeling grateful and seeing if you can carry that throughout the day.
