Welcome to part-2 in our 3-part series with Liz Capants, on The Background Check Podcast🔎 Liz launched EBC Associates, LLC in 2007, a global specialized search, consulting, and referral networking services firm. 

Since then, the business has grown to a global network of affiliate partnerships to drive growth, and Erudites Networking Group was formed as a subsidiary.

EBC Associates & Erudites Networking provide 4 areas of focus:
1. Talent acquisition and executive search, consulting and business advisory services,
2. Career coaching and executive brand marketing,
3. Referral Networking Services,
4. Social Impact and community give-back to support non-profits.

Liz works globally with a diverse range of industries and is actively involved with a number of associations. These include: certification as a women’s business enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of the businesses owned and operated by women in the US, Women Presidents Education Organization, WPEO, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Advisor for WINGS For Growth, Board Member of People’s Preparatory Charter School, and a Strategic Alliance Board Partner with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization New York, (EONY).

Prior to launching EBC Associates, Liz worked in business development, sales and recruiting positions. With a commitment to excellence, and an entrepreneurial drive, Liz’s insights and passion for bringing people together with new ideas, helped to facilitate her transition into the search and networking business. She trained with Management Recruiters, and was recognized as a top producer before launching her own practice.

Liz grew up in London, England, and New York, completed an International Baccalaureate program of studies, a BA degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies from St. Bonaventure University, and a Business Management Certificate from New York University.
