After the loss of her husband in 2019 to Uveal Melanoma, she started moveTHRU to create new meaning out of her tragedy by helping others heal. In a few short years, it’s evolved into a full-blown grief coaching business complete with free resources, online programs and even in-person retreats to facilitate community, healing, empowerment and growth
