“Your brain will tell you that you need certain things and really what you need is good intentions and a knowledge base that’s based on your experience as a human and a desire to help people get through where you were stuck,” Loraine says. “You don’t have to pick one thing… just the thought that you have to pick one thing can keep you stuck because it feels unsafe.”
