After completing his athletic career, Clarke pursued law, earning his Juris Doctor and establishing The Sekou Clarke Law Group.

In addition to his legal practice, Clarke is a certified athlete representative with USA Track & Field, representing prominent athletes such as Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Kenny Bednarek, and Kendal Williams.
