
The idea of working with a mindset coach is daunting enough without the scepticism of Hypnosis and NLP.
Going to see a psychologist seems safer because they seem to have better recognition as a professional service.

I allowed the deeper unconscious programs (97% of how we work) to change and not to try to use 3% (my conscious mind) to influence and create change. Not only does it add up, I shake my head at these highly book educated people not getting results and tainting your believe you are broken and no one can help you.

Get a plan set up to manage these and you should notice immediate results. If you don't or have not had any breakthrough or significant shift in a month, it is probably time to consider a change.
