Ep18. The main 3 areas I Focus on, to Transform your Mind for Success in Sport

The idea of working with a mindset coach is daunting enough without the scepticism of Hypnosis and NLP.

Going to see a psychologist seems safer because they seem to have better recognition as a professional service.

This episode gives you a great understanding as to why the 'model' for focus and change I use is logical and therefor possible.

If sport psychology has not worked for you, you are among the many, I was the same. My success was looking toward the future not the past. 

I allowed the deeper unconscious programs (97% of how we work) to change and not to try to use 3% (my conscious mind) to influence and create change. Not only does it add up, I shake my head at these highly book educated people not getting results and tainting your believe you are broken  and no one can help you.

This episode is essential for any athlete, please share it. Even if you take these 3 main areas I focus on in the 1st few sessions, and take it to your mindcoach/ coach or psych and say 'I want to work on these 3 areas'. Get a plan set up to manage these and you should notice immediate results. If you don't or have not had any breakthrough or significant shift in a month, it is probably time to consider a change.
