Christophe shares his journey as a professional footballer at the highest level playing in the English Premier League and representing Scotland 41 times. He has played for Hearts, Wolves, Ipswich Town, Dundee and Raith Rovers. He discusses the difficult time playing under Daniel Stendel, getting the captains armband at 22 years old, his desire to move to England and then his desire to finish his career back in Scotland. Grace has represented Team GB at 2 Olympic Games and Scotland at 3 Commonwealth Games. She discusses being thrown into the deep end representing Scotland at the Delhi Commonwealth Games at aged 14 and how that experience changed her life. Since then she has won multiple medals, teamed up with Tom Daley and talks about her experiences both positively & negatively in diving and how important having a positive mindset is in sport and how she bounced back from a disappointing experience at Tokyo 2020.
