Chiropractic and Women's Health
In this month's episode, we chat with Chiropractor and women's health powerhouse, Dr Anthea Todd. Anthea recently authored a now best-selling book, "What's My Body Telling Me?" In it, she flips the narrative on the body being the problem and introduces the reader to the fact that it is the solution. We cover everything from stress to hormones, to chiropractic and why women's health is so fraught. Dr Ryan Seaman also drops by to wrap the year by talking about all that the ASRF team has been up to over the course of the last year. Our members and donors are the ones who have made this work all possible. Thanks for being part of the way we serve chiropractic. If you're not already a member or donor, sign up here https://spinalresearch.com.au/membership/ or here https://spinalresearch.com.au/donate/  You can find Dr Anthea at https://www.femalefundamentals.com.au or on Instagram at @dr.antheatodd
