New perspectives bring a higher value. The negative chatter in our minds can make us view ourselves as less than, but maybe we don’t really understand how we are love or to be loved? If we don’t value ourselves how can we love ourselves or love others? An new attitude towards ourselves can bring true understanding of our own significance.
