PWI Pt 2

This week we're joined by D. E. Patterson, and friends of the foundation, John A. Cheatwood, Kalif Fuller, Gary McKethan, and KJ Jones to discuss their perspectives on their PWI experiences. We learn that for many of our guests, the environment dictated how they showed up in the world, what academic paths and their careers. Very interesting conversation on how your identity can be impacted when you don't have the same level of representation and affirmation so you go out and seek it or make it a point to provide it to others. Just like the origins of the Ashe Academy!
