Mediterraneo Gin Sour
In your shaker add:
1 Egg white
2.0 oz of your favorite gin
0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz of simple syrup
2 – 3 basil leaves
Dry Shake for 30 seconds
Add ice
Shake for 20 more seconds
Double strain into chilled coupe glass
Garnish with small basil leaf and/or lemon peel
