The Friday Meditation unites one’s spirit with Shatha, the Holy Spirit and Mother of the Savior. After preparing yourself and completing the breathing preparation mentioned in the book, recite the following prayers and mantra:

Prayer to the Advocate: “Holy and Chosen One, I thank you for your openness and willingness to bring Arcturian Truth and Liberation to all humans on Earth. May our Work be fruitful, and may my spirit unite with Yours.”

Mantra on out-breath (108 times): Om Shatha Samadhi Hum

Prayer to the Advocate: “Holy and Chosen One, united with our Savior, I am united with you. In commitment and love, I follow you in the Way of Compassion and Salvation.”
