The importance of goals, good habits and customed routines that work for you
Hey friends! today I want to discuss The importance of goals, good habits and customed routines that work for you.
Such a long title, huh?
When you are in a burnout, it's very cummon to feel purposeless, hopeless and demotivated. Digging inside yourself and finding that hidden dream could be a life saver. Start wirking on that dream, no matter if you think it is impossible. It will be impossible if you never try, but what if you just focus on something you like, without exitations, for once?
Take that dream and analyze the possible ways that can make you achieve it. Split it into daily tasks that will keep you occupied. At first you will think it's something stupid and pointless, but at least it will keep you busy.
Build a schedule and stick to it religiusly, like an automate; you will eventually find out that it's fun to do something you like, and fall in love with the process.
We will also talk about giid habits: how important they are for our mental and physical health. Selfcare, self hygene, samll daily rituals that bring a smile on our face will be real life savers.
Lat, but not least: the importance of a routine, something to grip to when everything is falling apart.
Unfortunately routines are not accessible to everybodym due to the lifestyles we live. This is why good habits and self love rituals are foundamental. But, if you can have a routine, make sure you build one around your rythm and ambitions. Something accessible and that helps you bening the wonderful human being you are, without feeling stressed out because you can't conform to and average routine. You have to think about your routine, you're not average; you're special, and so has to be your routine.
