Sir Rex Kantatero is a disc jockey, artist, musician, song-writer, media host, and comedian. First known for his Kantatero segment sa 93.9 iFM radio and he became a famous YouTuber with more than 200K subscribers as of to date, in which he does parody music videos.
Isa sya sa mga kilalang radio DJ sa iFM Radio Station, Kamote Club. Kasama nya dun si Pakito Jones in which gumagawa sila ng mga parodies na naka-receive sila ng large number of requests para gumawa ng parody music ng iba’t ibang mga kanta.
Naguest na rin sya sa mga TV shows like: Gandang Gabi Vice, Showtime, Eat Bulaga, Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho, Music Uplate Live, Jojo A, Game and Go TV5 and MYX.
He is also a finalist in The First Philippine Pop Festival (Philpop) with his composition 'Takusa' reaching the final performance among the 14 compositions out of more than 3,000 entries. The song is released in the Philpop Album 2012 under Ivory Records. To date, he has released 2 music albums under Universal Records performed by his band “Squeezers”.
