How to Stay Motivated in Volatile Markets?

Reflecting on market changes since 2022, I stress maintaining a winning mindset and focusing on controllable factors. I discuss incentivizing my team and using double-close strategies, where properties are listed and sold on MLS before ownership transfer.

I also discuss investment opportunities like our camp and glamping facility in Tobermory, Ontario, for accredited investors with projected returns over 20%. Creative thinking and unique value propositions are essential in real estate.
