Tinneca trained and graduated from Midwives College of Utah. She also spent time apprenticing alongside Toni Erickson, and then with a group of diverse midwives at Casa de Nacimiento in Texas. Tinneca shares how she struggled with and overcame self doubt throughout her journey to becoming a midwife. She also shares how she’s transitioning her practice to flow more in line with her desire to serve women beyond the childbearing year.
