Wendy Adelson’s divorce attorney, Kristen Addison, testified that the divorce was not contentious, though details suggested otherwise. Expert witness Linda Bailey echoed this but faced backlash for watching prior testimony without approval, raising judicial concern. The prosecution pushed back hard, emphasizing ongoing disputes and Donna’s deep involvement. Donna herself declined to testify, and the day ended with a victim advocate confirming her shock at Dan Markel’s murder...
