Our guest describes a lengthy battle with alcoholism and the depths of pain and difficulty he found himself in through his addiction. Although he has two master's degrees and some doctoral work completed, he was once washing up in store restrooms and looking for cigarette butts in gas station ashtrays.

His spiral began in college where he struggled with organic chemistry which interrupted his academic and professional goals. After sobering up and "getting his balls back" his business soared and he began mentoring others and chairing meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. He has found success beyond what he ever thought he was worthy of while doing something he loves. Join us as we continue this series on addiction and recovery.
