This episode we have a chat with Mizuho Matsuyama, a MMA fighter born and raised in Japan and fighting out of City Kickboxing, New Zealand. Mizuha shares with us his story of how he got into martial arts, the struggles and challenges he faced to get to where he is today and also all the lessons he has learned so far.
