What if there is an algorithms to life? What if you get more of what you choose to focus on? What do you choose to focus on then?
The Algorithms of life podcast is built on stories, not those you see on social media but on short stories for you to write your own. It’s built on the journal 'The Algortihms of life' with the intention for you to put attention to what you want more of.
It's for you to start your morning with less social media snacking to get the benefits of what gratitude, affirmations, visualization and reflection can do for you. Every episode is a new chapter, just like everyday.
It was when the host got an autoimmune disease in 2014 she felt like everything seemed to go against her. She realized that there seemed to be an 'algorithm to life'. Just like in social media where you get more of what you choose to like, you get more in life of what you choose to focus on. The question then becomes, how do you choose this on a Daily basis? This was when she dove into NLP, the understanding of the law of attraction, functional medicine and holistic health. The podcast is crafted to help more people be aware of their thoughts and feelings, and choose more of who they are and want to be - on a Daily basis.
