You might be wrapping up reviews, finalizing plan recommendations, or answering those last big questions. But since you can’t officially submit until October 15, it’s easy for those ready-to-enroll clients to slip through the cracks.
That’s why today’s task is simple but powerful: create a follow-up system.
Whether it’s a spreadsheet, a checklist, or your CRM, build a process to track who’s ready to enroll, which plan they’ve chosen, and when to follow up. Schedule a reminder, log their details, and make sure you’re ready to pick up right where you left off when AEP officially opens.
A strong system now means fewer missed opportunities, smoother enrollments, and a calmer start to October 15.
