She is the founder of the Usawa Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and promoting gender equality, girls and women’s socio-economic development through education, advocacy and research. Marindire co-owns Hot Cherry Media, a digital media agency that helps non-profits and social enterprises in Africa create engaging and creative content and brands online.
