Trigger warning! This episode contains some elements that might be triggering to some people. I recently lost my grandfather and it’s been terrible. I wanted to share the grief, hoping it adds some value especially if you are dealing with loss too. I think it’s so important to feel what you feel and be outspoken. Grief is difficult…it takes so much from you and the least you can do is share..so you feel a little lighter. This episode is dedicated to my loving grandfather who has always been there for me. I hope you’re happy wherever you are because you deserved so much than you ever got. I miss you buwa!
