Phew! Warning: this is an intense episode! I’m choosing to share a very less discussed part of my life with you guys. I have suffered from body dysmorphia and eating disorders in the past that has been sort of a rocky road in my life. I think it’s something that needs to be addressed more often as I’m sure there are so many suffering and needing help. I think the most you can do is start a conversation that gives those in need of help more power and courage to overcome the situation. Here’s hoping mine will add a bit of value to that cause.
