One of the most important lessons we've learned is covered in today's episode... There are so many areas of life that you may feel are either lacking in motivation, or you know you could do more, or you feel you are falling behind in, or you want to spend more time doing, but you just don't end up doing it, even though you CAN. The difference lies in a basic understanding, a viewpoint, that once you know will ensure you are the driver of your life and actions and don't end up with regrets of wanting to do something once it's too late. This applies to homework, gym, tasks, appointments, answering texts, being with loved ones, and more areas of life than you can think of. The applications are endless.
