
In this episode Jamie discusses the concept of ADHD and Self-Worth. Self-worth is such an important foundation of our being, it gives us identity, it gives us direction. But when we have struggles that are different than most of our peers we begin to believe that something is "wrong" with us and all of that sense of self begins to diminish and we start to find ourselves in difficult situations more often.
