Kait Davis, Instagram fitness model, serial entrepreneur, bull rider wife, and mom of Mack Davis, joins the show to discuss her fitness and nutrition transformation. She explains her first changes and how she eventually gave up what she thought she knew about fitness to embrace Add Nutrition's guidance.


In this episode, host April Dirteater and guest Kait Davis discuss Kait’s lifestyle changes, when she goes on a fat-loss diet to get even leaner, and how her lifestyle is different now than it was before working with Add Nutrition. Some of the biggest changes for Kait were finding exercise that she really enjoyed and making small, consistent changes over time rather than trying to change everything at once. Her best advice is to find an accountability buddy, invest in your wellness, start by making small changes, and understand that motivation is cultivated; it’s not something you just have.
