Is hybrid working here to stay?
According to UK parliament statistics, in 2019 around 12% of the UK workforce worked from home at least one day per week. In 2022, that figure rose to 22%. Data suggests that 80% of employees whom worked at home due to the COVID pandemic, prefer a hybrid model rather than a full return to the office.
However, aside from the stats, what does hybrid working look like in practice? Is it the panacea for work life balance as some would suggest?
A big thank you to business leader, Garima Kothari, who joins me on the latest episode of the Active Listener to discuss hybrid working and its impact upon the world of work.
