Amber J. Adams is a Leadership Coach and Personal Brand Strategist helping mid-career professionals who feel stuck in the “messy middle” of their careers and scared that they are unconsciously blocking their potential to work and lead with intention, joy, and purpose.

She helps her clients channel their frustration into transformation by guiding them in developing the courage they need to release and reframe the internal stories holding them back so they can reconnect with their vision for how they want to lead in their lives and careers.

Prior to becoming a coach, Amber was an advertising executive who led high-performing creative teams. When she found more joy in hosting clandestine meetings with colleagues to discuss their career desires, than dreaming up new campaigns, she knew it was time to make a change. Today, she is the founder of Amber Career Studio, where she curates coaching and workshop experiences for leaders and mid-career professionals who seek clarity in new directions, confidence in their capacity to lead, and the momentum to move their careers forward.

She is a certified Leadership and Executive Coach through ACT Leader in partnership with the Brown University School of Professional Studies.
