Many listening would know Sonia for the incredible work that she and her team does with Sunny Street, the GP and nurse led mobile outreach service providing primary health care and coordination services for the homeless and vulnerable. In this episode Sonia details her nursing journey and her thoughts as she and Dr Nova Evans made the career-changing decision to quit their jobs to establish a service that has made a true and meaningful impact to the lives of others.
