Lissy Abrahams is an individual and couple psychotherapist, speaker, and author. She founded and runs the Heath Group Practice, a therapy clinic in Sydney. She has dedicated her career to helping hundreds of clients navigate life’s obstacles and challenges.   

Lissy knows how much we’d all love for the people closest to us to change so we feel safer and more respected. The problem is that this isn’t how relationships work. Change happens when we change. And for change, we need to have awkward conversations, first in our own minds, and then with others in our lives.   But…we need to know how.   It feels so complicated.
