Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a few seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. With each exhale, release any tension or negative energy from your body. 2. Set Your Intention: Whisper softly to yourself: “I am committed to creating and maintaining a healthy, fit body. I honor my body and its incredible potential.” 3. Visualize Your Healthy, Fit Self: Picture yourself feeling vibrant, energetic, and strong. • See your body as healthy, toned, and full of life. • Visualize yourself engaging in activities that promote health, such as exercising joyfully, preparing nutritious meals, and drinking plenty of water. • Feel the pride and gratitude that come from taking care of your body. 4. Engage with Askfirmations: As you relax into this visualization, repeat the following askfirmations slowly and mindfully. Let them spark curiosity and inspire positive action. 5. Allow Your Mind to Explore the Answers: As you repeat each askfirmation, imagine positive outcomes and experiences that align with the questions.
