The Absurd Window

Late Night. Sitting in a dimly-lit room. Typing away. My laptop screen glowing on my face. Lo-fi music humming in my ears. Keeping me focused. Pause. I look up through the window in front of me. In the distance, I see another lonely window. The only lit one in its building. Represents a story. Sonder. Every single light in the night has a purpose. There may just be another 20-year-old staring out into the city. With some dream, or some pain that keeps them up at night. Whatever it is, I hope they figure it out.

Origami, Neurobiology & A remote trip to Vietnam w/ Alexander Pham
Alex and I have been roommates for 2 years in college. So, as we part ways for the summer and beyond, this year-old conversation sums up pretty much all that makes Alex such a great dude. Eccentric interests, bubbly attitude, and a gorgeous smile - listen to us discuss how we became roommates, why he would like to have dinner with Mike Tyson, Anki vs Quizlet, and crucially, his first visit to Vietnam (his cultural home) through my camera roll!
