With a degree from the University of Johannesburg’s Faculty of Health Sciences, Heather's career has spanned globally, including roles at the International Dermal Institute and Ella Baché, where she revamped national training programs. At Ultraceuticals, she launched the award-winning UltraAcademy. Since joining The Global Beauty Group in 2019, Heather has pioneered their acclaimed Education HUB Blended Learning Program, earning multiple accolades, including the 2024 ABIA Educator of the Year Award and LearnX Blended Learning Program awards in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
