Paul is a successful politician, business man, former TV and radio news reporter, author of Eyes of An Angel which documents first hand, 3 of his 5 separate near death experiences along with his out of body experiences and the realizations he’s come to learn about the universe. He is an instructor at the Monroe Institute, which specializes in consciousness transcendence and worked with the CIA on their no declassified Stargate project, which involved Astral Projections, remote viewings and consciousness exploration of humans and extraterrestrial beings.
