From Knowing to Doing: A Life of Intentional Formation - Part 2

You are always being formed—every thought, habit, and response is shaping who you are becoming. In this episode, we explore what it means to live a life of intentional formation through discipleship to Jesus. Whether you realize it or not, you already have a "trellis"—a structure of daily patterns that’s forming your soul. For many, those practices are unknowingly feeding cycles of unwanted sexual behavior. Most people don’t fail to change because they don’t care—but because they never take action. Transformation requires more than awareness. It requires intentional practice and Spirit-empowered effort.423 Communities are men, women, and young people recovering from the impact of bad sexual choices. We are radically committed to helping others overcome sex addiction, heal spousal betrayal trauma and to stopping the spread of pornography in our families, churches, and cities around the world. Since the inception of our recovery program in September 2009, thousands of people have experienced progressive sexual sobriety and healing inside their relationships by joining a 423 community. If you want to start a 423 Community chapter in your city or church, please contact us at info@423Communities.org. We are here to help.
