Nursing is about compassion, resilience and critical thinking so why do admissions focus heavily on grades? In this episode, we will consider how GPA-centered admissions policies may be excluding some of the passionate and capable future nurses. What qualities really make a great nurse, and is the system measuring the right ones? Is cheating in nursing school a personal failure- or a systemic symptom of a broken system?
