"That was it!" The podcast that changes your mind by listening to inspiring people. I'm Marion, and I'm bringing you to the Drikung Kagyu Rinchenling monastery. in Kathmandu, Nepal. From October to December 2024, over fifteen hundred monks, nuns, and practitioners from all over the world gathered for something extraordinary. His Holiness Chetsang Rinpoche shared the Dam Ngak Dzo teachings, The Treasure of Precious Instructions over a thousand years old. But this isn't just about ancient wisdom. This is about modern transformation! The question I asked myself when I first arrived at the monastery was simple... yet profound. Why had fifteen hundred people chosen to spend two and a half months in a monastery... sitting cross-legged for nine hours a day... listening to initiations, teachings, and practical instructions... all in Tibetan? I watched. I listened. I asked questions. And what I discovered fascinated me completely. These people weren't just random practitioners. They were interconnected... like threads in an ancient tapestry. I'm delighted to introduce you to Khenpo Tashi Rinpoche, Khenchen Rangol, Gyalten Samten, Tulku Sonam, Viivi Karma, Drupon Yeshe, Drupon Palden, Sara, Carolina, Tashi-Tobgye and Geyen. Let's discover their "That was it!" moments Hosted by Ausha. See ausha.co/privacy-policy for more information.
