In this weeks episode, we chatted to former European Junior Champion and winner of the Liverpool Cross Challenge in 2017, Emelia Gorecka. In the same year, Emelia went on to finish 8th at the European Cross Country Champs.

It was a lot of fun chatting to Emelia, we discussed her junior career, current set up, battling through injuries and of course, all mixed up with some light-hearted chit-chat.
