Today, I chat live at the Boston Marathon weekend with Holley Samuel, RD, MEd, CSSD, CPT! Holley and I combine our passions to have a great discussion about mindset and fueling during the marathon! We discuss the super cool science about how your nutrition during your runs impacts way more than just your stamina - it impacts your headspace, mindset, and mood too! If you have ever been in a race where your outlook is pessimistic, you start doubting yourself, or you feel upset, listen in to how simple changes in nutrition may actually help turn that mindset around!
